If you’ve ever met my wife, you’ll know that she and I have many physical characteristics in common. Tall, blond hair, etc.

As a matter of fact, we’ve had a number of people ask if we’re brother and sister before finding out we’re actually married.

As a joke, at times we call ourselves the Wonder Twins. If you don’t know what that means then you probably didn’t watch Saturday morning cartoons in the 1970s.

Sometimes we’ll even put our wedding rings together and say “Wonder Twin Powers Activate”.

We think we’re pretty funny.

 

Monopoly Return on Investment

So, have you ever wondered what the best places (in terms of return on your investment) in the game of Monopoly are?

Who would have thought it’s Connecticut Ave at 162.2% with a hotel? Mediterranean is the worst at 80.6%

Boardwalk and Park Place? 142% and 111%.

On those rainy summer evenings, I encourage you to perfect your Monopoly game!

What Mike is Doing this Summer

This has been an absolutely wonderful year for Generosity Wealth Management, thanks to my fortune in having great clients and the nice things they’ve said about me to others.

While it’s wonderful my business is growing, the natural consequence of that is that I’m mostly staying close to Boulder this summer, working away to prepare for the next 6 to 12 months.

But, it’s not all work and no play! This summer I’ll also be

1. Visiting our rustic family cabin in Dubois, Wyoming whenever possible

2. Continuing to mentor college age men as an alumni adviser for my fraternity

3. Attending my 25th high school reunion in August.

As I look forward, this is turning out to be a very busy summer, but I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Thanks for all the trust and warm support you’ve given me over the past fall and winter.

This is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a long time….and only in America can you get away with it.

My wife met the creator of this unique musical instrument last week, I went to the website, and can’t believe he’s getting $10 per toilet paper roll instrument.

Good for him. Frankly, his sense of humor is so in tune (no pun intended) with mine that I want to buy one instead of making my own just to support his great imagination and website.

Duff Beer

Oh yeah, Duff Beer.

This post only makes sense if you watch the Simpsons or have kids that watch the Simpsons. I’m 43 years old now and I’ve been watching it since I was about 18 and in college. Hard to believe it’s been on that long.

Anyway, the fictional Duff Beer is now available in the UK. If anyone is going over there soon, can you buy me some?
